This place suits me perfectly! I love the free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and the cozy bar area. During my first stay, the staff kindly returned my forgotten headphones, which I still remember. I recommend trying the restaurant's fantastic breakfast. I'm coming back for Christmas!

The lobby was beautifully designed with a tall ceiling and elegant furnishings. There were cozy seating areas that made it easy for me and my friends to relax and enjoy. Wheelchair accessibility was also commendable throughout the hotel.
More accessible seating in dining areas would help.

Oh, the food here was top-notch! I savored some brilliant bar bites and breakfast that was nothing short of scrumptious. Plus, the funky futuristic lobby bathrooms? Pure class! Not to mention the staff—Dan in the bar was a real gem.
But there were a few hiccups, like dirty towels and a couple of mix-ups with the room keys. Just a tad inconvenient, but it didn’t dim the shine of my trip!

Had an awesome getaway with friends! We explored the Festival Club at the Metropole Hotel for some great jazz and enjoyed the treetops ziplining course in Farran Woods. The hotel was perfect for our group with a spacious room and friendly staff. Can't recommend it enough for future stays!
We weren't informed about the breakfast price difference, which was frustrating. We expected to pay 15 euros but ended up being charged 18 each.

Although the dining service felt a bit disjointed, the exquisite food made up for it. I’ll remember the friendly staff and cozy atmosphere!

Family-friendly for a relaxing getaway
Right when we arrived, we were greeted by a wonderful gentleman who knew how to turn our horrible day around. The staff even went above and beyond to set up a mini teepee with cookies for my kid, they loved it.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly but for the quality it was still reasonable.

I was really impressed with how they organized snacks for our early flight and the smooth check-in process was a breeze! The hotel's spa and pool made for perfect ways to unwind after a long day. Just a heads up, a few pieces of furniture could use a touch-up, but it didn't ruin my comfy experience at all. 😊

The staff provided excellent service and the room was spacious and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. However, food quality fell short with warm dishes and frozen chips not meeting expectations for a four-star establishment. Additionally, our room was not serviced timely on our second day, which was disappointing.

The room was really spacious, super comfy, and the bed was a dream! I loved that they personalized my name on the TV when I walked in. The bathroom was nice and clean, too. I didn't hear any noise from other guests, even with tons of students around. Overall, a pretty great stay!
